The lounge comfortably seats 10. There are excellent views in two directions. There is a TV (Freeview digital), DVD player and HiFi. There is also an open fire. However, since the house has 2-foot thick cavity-insulated walls, double glazing throughout and an excellent central heating system, the fire is scarcely needed.
